Classes

Pilates classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure continual monitoring of technique and maximum benefit from each exercise. 

Classes are remaining socially distanced and well ventilated to keep you safe while you exercise.

Over the Summer period, classes run differently to normal and you are able to book in as availability allows to the following classes:

Pilates classes are normally sold in blocks and a 6 week block costs £90

Monday - Over Alderley and Birtles Reading Room 

• 6.30pm-7.30pm
• 7.45pm - 8.45pm

Tuesday - Over Alderley and Birtles Reading Room

• 9.30am-10.30am

Wednesday - Over Alderley and Birtles Reading Room

• 6.30pm- 7.30pm

Thursday - Prestbury Village Hall

• 9.45am-10.45am
• 11am-12 noon

Friday -  Prestbury Village Hall

• 9.45am-10.45am 

Please note:

• Payment by direct transfer is preferred but cash or cheque is possible.  
• Classes missed during a block cannot be refunded or carried over to the next block.  You may be able to swap to another class within the block if there is space. 

Individual Assessment

Before joining a class, you will need to have an individual assessment and introduction which will allow me to see what exercises will be appropriate for you and give you an understanding of the basics of Pilates.

Once you have achieved correct technique with the basics on an individual basis, you can join a class.
